When U.S. Title’s IT Director, Philip C De Baca, first came to Martha Runkle, CFO of U.S. Title, with a proposal from Barking Dog Communications, LLC, she said, “Their name is Barking Dogs? Come on! How serious a company could that be?”

After our presentations and follow-up meetings with Ms. Runkel, Mr. C De Baca, as well as the President of U.S. Title, “We were hooked,” says Ms. Runkle. We identified ways to give them not only a top of the line Samsung system at a reasonable price, but we identified ongoing savings of approximately $20,000 per year.

When the proposal was first put together, US Title LLC was looking at expanding an existing 2 year-old Nortel system and ended up replacing the entire phone network with a Samsung system resulting in the aforementioned savings.

Our IT man is able to do regular maintenance, moving of phones and any tweaking necessary, saving us $85.00 per hour for a guy to just come move a line.
